We do NOT store full card details.

Referral rewards are issued only after eligibility conditions are fulfilled within platform systems.

App downloads or simple registrations alone do not qualify.

● Determining reward eligibility

● Preventing fraud or duplicate accounts

● Maintaining platform integrity

Referral tracking data is not sold to third parties and is not used for advertising profiling.

4. Identity Verification

Users publishing listings may be required to verify identity using Emirates ID or similar systems.

Verification does not constitute endorsement or guarantee by SFNDY.

Limited profile information may be visible to facilitate communication.

The platform may display third-party advertisements.

We are not responsible for advertiser content or services.

14. Payments Disclaimer

SFNDY only charges listing publication fees.

We do not act as escrow and do not intervene in financial disputes between users.

15. Digital Wallet & Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable.

In certain situations users may receive internal platform credits instead of cash refunds.

Credits:

● Have no cash value

● Cannot be withdrawn

● Can only be used within the app

16. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

SFNDY is not liable for downtime, technical errors, or delivery delays.

17. Geographic Legal Compliance

Users must ensure listings comply with local housing laws in their jurisdiction.

18. UAE Data Protection Compliance

We process data according to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.

19. Language Interpretation

If translated, the English version prevails.

20. Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

22. Advertising Experience & Account Type

SFNDY provides a service supported by advertising for non-paying users.

General users may see advertisements or sponsored content during certain interactions within the application.

Verified advertisers or subscribed users may experience reduced advertising depending on account type or plan.

Advertising display is contextual and not based on private messages.

Private conversations are never shared with advertisers.

23. Ad Delivery & Feature Functionality

Certain features depend on proper delivery of advertisements.

If ads are blocked or filtered by device settings, software, network configuration, VPN, DNS filtering, or similar technologies, some features may be limited or unavailable.

This is part of the free service model and not a platform malfunction.

Relation to Terms of Service

This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the SFNDY Terms of Service.

Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of both documents together.

Where provisions relate to legal responsibility, platform usage, user conduct, or liability limitations, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
